The staff was incredibly attentive and knowledgeable. the rooms were brand-new and great-sized, located on the higher floors. - the hotel had a super central location to the bridge leading to the citadel.

everything was fine, including very friendly staff and handy location in the city center. brand-new rooms and marvellous and incredible breakfast available. location near many bars and restaurants and river, food stalls & restaurants.

The breakfast at this hotel was fantastic with a great variety of options - I truly enjoyed it. the location in a pedestrian area was convenient and lovely, with a shopping street and market close by. A nice restaurant was also within walking distance from the hotel, which was a nice bonus :))

Good sized units with including a balcony, a great view, great air con, and the staff were superfriendly. The location was exceptionally nice and decent, not too far from Perfume River...

Our well-equipped room had a big window and a kettle. It had bidet in the big size bathroom. This was a quiet location really close to restaurants and bars and the tourist area and the park beside the river to the citadel. Again, Truong Tien Bridge was not far...

I had a really nice experience during my 4-night stay at Hue Four Seasons Hotel. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, taking great care of us. Our room was neat and newly remodeled, with huge windows and excellent water pressure. The hotel served delicious pancakes and omelettes for breakfast. The location was unbeatable and incredible, situated in a quiet area with easy access to shopping streets and a market.

The location of this place is great – it’s close to the train station, the park by the river, the citadel, and the pagoda, as well as lots of shops and restaurants, and it's on a quiet back alley.

As a solo traveler, I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel. The hosts, Michael and Laura, treated me like an honored guest from the moment I arrived. They went above and beyond to make me feel welcome, starting with a scented chilled towel, fresh mixed fruit plate, and a delicious fruit shake upon arrival. The hotel's location on a quiet alleyway was perfect for me, as it provided a peaceful atmosphere while still being within walking distance of bars, eateries, the walking street, and the Perfume River. Laura was incredibly helpful in arranging tours, giving advice on places to see, where to eat and drink, and even suggesting things to avoid. The accommodations were clean, the breakfast was very good, and the WiFi was excellent throughout the hotel. And let's not forget the pool, which was a great way to cool off on hot days. this hotel offered incredible value, outstanding service, and free smiles during my entire stay. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful hotel. The owners made us feel right at home, providing excellent service throughout our visit. The room, though a bit small, had large windows with a stunning view of the city. The bathroom was clean and spacious, with a luxurious shower. The location was perfect, allowing us to easily explore the imperial city of Hue while still enjoying a peaceful atmosphere away from the busy streets. The host was incredibly attentive and accommodating, even when we booked the wrong dates and arrived a day later than expected. They granted us an early check-in at no extra cost and the modest but tasty breakfast included a drink of our choice. it was a genuinely fulfilling experience, thanks to the caring and trustworthy service provided by the Four Seasons Hotel.

Amazing stay at a lovely hotel. the Lady who runs the hotel was so welcoming. We received a delicious breakfast upon arrival and were able to leave our bags before check-in. the owner was friendly and attentive, always remembering our names. the room was clean with large windows, a fridge, and storage space. the warm shower was a bonus. the breakfast options were varied and delicious, accompanied by hot drinks and juice. the hotel also helped us with scooter rental and transfer to Hoi An. Great location near restaurants and shops. We would definitely stay here again. Cons: Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.

The value for money was excellent and the room was cozy and comfortable. The hotel is conveniently located near the center but still peaceful, and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.

The peaceful location was a real plus, and everything about the hotel was top-notch. I was really happy with the double room I booked, which came with an amazing view and a balcony overlooking the lovely garden. The hotel had a modern and delightful vibe, and I would definitely stay here again.

Good location and the staff was fantastic throughout our stay! It was a bit of a walk to the bus stop, about 20 minutes. The best part was the complimentary breakfast, a nice bonus. 🌟
